Rewards Program Official Rules
Effective October 11, 2026 · Version 1.0.0
Effective date: October 11, 2026. These Rules are part of the Terms of Service.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR EARN POINTS. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES ON THE SPIN WHEEL. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor and eligibility
1.1 The Helot Rewards Program (the "Program") is sponsored by Trouve Technologies, Inc. ("Sponsor").
1.2 Anyone who may use the Service under the Terms may earn points. Amazon gift card redemptions are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, reside in the United States, and have a verified account. Residents of jurisdictions where this type of program is prohibited or restricted are not eligible for redemptions. Sponsor's employees, contractors, and their immediate families may earn points but are not eligible for gift cards.
2. How to earn points
2.1 Daily check-in. Opening the Service once per local calendar day earns a base number of points (currently 10), multiplied by a streak multiplier for consecutive days (currently 1x for days 1 and 2, 1.25x for days 3 and 4, 1.5x for days 5 and 6, and 2x for day 7 and beyond). Missing a day resets the streak unless a streak freeze is applied.
2.2 Daily spin. Once per local calendar day, participants may spin a wheel with eight segments. Every spin awards something: points (10, 20, 30, 50, 100, or 250), a 2x multiplier on the next day's check-in, or a streak freeze. The outcome is determined by a server-side random selection weighted as follows: 10 pts 30%, 20 pts 25%, 30 pts 18%, 50 pts 12%, 100 pts 6%, 250 pts 2%, 2x multiplier 5%, streak freeze 2%. Odds are the same for every participant and do not depend on purchases, spending, or account age. There is no losing segment.
2.3 Referrals. Participants receive 200 points when a person they referred creates an account, picks at least one brand, and returns on a later day; the referred person receives 100 points. Capped at 20 rewarded referrals per participant per calendar month. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and referrals that fail Sponsor's fraud checks are void.
2.4 Sponsor may offer additional ways to earn points from time to time, announced in the Service.
3. Points
3.1 Points have no cash value, are not property, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, bartered, or inherited, and may only be redeemed as described here.
3.2 Points do not expire because of inactivity. They are forfeited if you delete your account. If Sponsor ends the Program, unredeemed points may be forfeited as described in Section 6.
3.3 Sponsor may adjust, revoke, or reset points obtained through error, fraud, abuse, multiple accounts, automation, or violation of the Terms.
4. Amazon gift cards
4.1 Points are redeemed for an Amazon gift card in the amounts shown in the Service. Current amounts: 5,000 points for a $5 card and 15,000 points for a $20 card. Opening a deal, or buying from a brand, does not earn cash back and does not add points.
4.2 Redemption. When the point balance covers a gift card shown in the Service, an eligible participant may request that card. Sponsor verifies age (18+) and United States residence before the first redemption and sends the card electronically. Sponsor may require identity or tax information before sending a card.
4.3 Taxes. Participants are responsible for any taxes on gift cards they receive. Sponsor will request tax information and file an information return only if the value of gift cards sent to a participant in a calendar year reaches an IRS reporting threshold.
5. Fraud, abuse, and limits
5.1 Sponsor may suspend or terminate participation and void points and unsent gift cards for: multiple accounts, automation, self-referral, click or purchase manipulation, chargebacks, misrepresentation of age or eligibility, or any violation of the Terms.
5.2 Sponsor may set monthly limits on gift cards sent under the Program and may pause redemptions when those limits are reached, with notice in the Service.
6. Changes and termination
Sponsor may modify point values, earning methods, odds, gift card amounts, expiry, and any other aspect of the Program, or end the Program, at any time. Material changes will be announced in the Service at least 14 days in advance where practical. A gift card already requested will still be sent if the Program ends. Unredeemed points may be forfeited on termination with notice.
7. General
The Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. It is a promotional loyalty program, not a lottery, sweepstakes, or game of chance: participation is free, every spin awards a prize, and no consideration is required. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, the Program. Disputes about the Program are governed by the dispute resolution section of the Terms. Current odds, gift card amounts, and point values are shown in the Service's "How it works" screen and control if they differ from the figures above.
